Hello everyone!
Welcome to the October newsletter.
We had a fantastic gig last Saturday at O'Donaghues in Wakefield - a packed house! - thanks to everyone for coming down and supporting us. It was good too to see some old friends that we haven't seen in many years!
We're really pleased to be back at The Red Shed in Wakefield this Saturday. This is the fourth show this year, that we've hosted in this great little venue and each gig has been a fantastic evening. Our special guest will be David Tattersall, a young singer/songwriter from Wakefield. No door charge - but we will be passing a 'hat' around for donations to help us keep staging these events.
We'll be recording an 'acoustic' radio session on Wednesday 29th October before jetting off to Germany the same day for a couple of shows with the full electric band! We're really excited about this and we'll be seeing our good friends 'Metamorphosis' who will hopefully be coming to England next year to play in West Yorkshire!
We've been invited to appear at a special fundraising concert at the 200 year old Christ Church in Liversedge on 12th December. This should be a great evening and its all to raise funds for essential restoration to this fine old church. We'll be opening the show and there will be another two fine acoustic acts.
